Agile@Scale, 1000+ ppl, Global FSI, 50 Teams

It's been awhile since I blogged, wanted to share a talk a colleague (Raj Mudhar) and myself gave on a case study of making agile@scale work for a global financial services organization across 50 agile teams. Hope this is interesting for folks and the community.

Hey Alexis, a few years ago you contributed images to an article on InfoQ titled "Does Value Stream Mapping Work for Software Development?" I was wondering, since I found the article to be extremely helpful and am currently working on a project that requires value stream mapping, if you still had those very images? I would greatly appreciate it and they would significantly aid my project. Thanks!

This is the same person from the first comment again just letting you know I'm sorry I got the title of the article wrong. The article is actually named "An Overview on Value Stream Mapping for Software Delivery." It was publised on March 13, 2010 and on the top of the site it is titled "Lean Transformation, Helping enterprise technology knowledge workers become awesome."
